Important! Think Central , Holt and ED Systems. 

If a teacher/student has problems with the above apps, before reporting the problem to your LCA, make sure the following 3 items:

 

1.   The teacher has a schedule in Skyward

2.   The teacher has assigned students to his/her schedule

3.   All students have a TSDS Unique ID in Skyward. If not, contact your Registrar.

3.   The teacher is logging through the new portal https://my.harmonytx.org

4.   Admins/Coaches must log with the campus admin Credentials, not through My Harmony Portal.

  • District Coverage?: ThinkCentral (GoMath) for Elementary, Holt for Secondary. and ED K-8th grades

  • Required Install software? No. It is an online resource for students.

  • Are ThinkCentral & Holt is integrated with Single Sign-On?  Yes. All students and teachers should log in through My harmony Portal at my.harmonytx.org. Then, click on either the Thinkcentral/HMH/Ed icon on the Dashboard.

  • Integration?:  Campus database is synchronized with Think Central and Holt every night. If a campus has one new student/teacher, once they are entered in the School database, new student/teacher will appear the next day on Thinkcentral/Holt system. Make sure this new student has a TSDS Unique ID on System.

  • Adding students manually?:  Teachers do not need to add or delete students. Make sure they are in the School database.

  • I do not see my products in Holt. You need to activate them. Click here to do it.

  • Troubleshooting loginUsers should not change passwords.If a user has a problem loading the site to login, the user should clear chrome (browser) Cache. Instructions are here  or the user can install a chrome extension.

  • Login Website stocked in one specific District that is not Harmony? Please delete cache browser cookies. Click here for Chrome browser.
